The Davao Masonic Hub serves as a social media platform for the Davao Masonic Foundation, creating a dedicated space for members to connect, communicate, and manage their information effectively across both mobile and web applications.

Background
The Davao Masonic Hub was developed to streamline member communication and administrative functions within the Davao Masonic Foundation. The platform includes multiple user interfaces for various roles, each tailored to specific user needs:
Admin Dashboard for full system control.
Lodge Secretary Dashboard to manage lodge-specific information.
User Dashboard for general member interaction (available in both web and mobile formats).
This centralized platform offers a cohesive experience for foundation members, supporting dynamic member profiles, role-bounded access, accounting, notifications, and real-time data monitoring.
Research & Planning
The project was scoped to address core communication and management needs within the foundation. This planning phase helped identify essential features such as user directories, financial tracking, and real-time notifications.
Design & Prototyping
Working closely with my senior UI/UX designer colleague, I adapted desktop designs for mobile screens to ensure accessibility across devices. I also contributed original designs when needed, focusing on maintaining visual consistency and usability across all interfaces.
Implementation
The development team utilized an agile approach, with prioritized feature rollouts based on usability feedback and technical constraints. My role included adapting desktop UI/UX for mobile use and ensuring that mobile designs aligned seamlessly with web application standards.
Testing & Optimization
Usability testing was conducted across platforms to refine the experience for each user type. I iteratively improved the designs based on feedback from testing, ensuring that both mobile and web interfaces met user expectations for functionality and aesthetics.
The Davao Masonic Hub provides a robust platform with the following key features:
Members' Management
Enables digital registration and detailed member profiling, allowing members to filter by role, industry, and other attributes.
Accounting System
Tracks annual dues, payment history, and sends reminders through push notifications and emails.
Notifications & Reminders
Provides real-time announcements and message capabilities for lodge secretaries.
Reporting & Monitoring
Offers revenue data visualization, data export, printable reports, and activity logs for accountability.
Role-Bounded Access
Ensures that user permissions align with specific roles, including super admin, secretary, and regular user functionalities.
Customization & Interface
Enables admins to adjust themes, banners, and other visual elements for a personalized look.
In addition to adapting UI/UX for mobile, I designed promotional mockups for the app’s listing on the App Store and Play Store, enhancing its visibility and appeal.
