EnglishWorks Inc. is a dedicated online language partner focused on supporting English learners. The platform includes intuitive user flows for account creation, course enrollment, and class scheduling, designed to ease the language learning journey. Through features like integrated course and class management, users enjoy an organized and engaging learning environment tailored to their needs.

Process

Research & Planning

Conducted competitive analysis of ESL platforms to identify user preferences. Defined target users and prioritized features, emphasizing accessibility and ease of navigation.

Design

Created the entire UI/UX for the platform, focusing on clear navigation, simplicity, and user-friendly layouts. Worked closely with developers to translate designs into a fully functional platform.

Implementation

Designed essential user flows, including user management, course creation, and Zoom-integrated class scheduling, to align with the development team’s requirements.

Testing & Optimization

Ran usability tests to refine the design based on real user feedback. Optimized the user interface for functionality and responsiveness across devices.
