Background
The Masonic MRMS offers a user-friendly platform for managing meeting room reservations. This solution is customized for the Davao Masonic Foundation, facilitating efficient booking and management of meeting spaces. Key features include a visual calendar, real-time booking, and detailed room profiling, all designed to enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
Research & Planning
Conducted a needs analysis to understand user requirements and existing challenges in room reservations. This involved identifying key features that would enhance usability and streamline the booking process.
Design & Prototyping
Developed intuitive UI/UX designs that prioritized ease of use. The design process included creating interactive prototypes to gather user feedback, ensuring that the final product met the needs of all stakeholders.
Implementation

Calendar & Scheduling
A visual calendar displays available time slots and supports real-time bookings, check-in/out, and participant tracking. Advanced features include contextual metadata for each booking and options for recurring reservations.
Room Profiling
Users can define room attributes such as price, size, capacity, and location. The platform allows for image previews of room layouts and includes advanced search and filter capabilities for easy navigation.
User Management
Secure login/logout features and user activity logs help ensure privacy and security, with defined roles for different user types.
Admin Tools
The system offers analytics and reporting capabilities, with options to export data to CSV format. Admins can override, confirm, or cancel bookings as necessary.
Asset Management
A dedicated module allows users to list and track the usage of assets associated with meeting rooms.
In this project, I was responsible for creating the entire UI/UX designs, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience that facilitates smooth room management for the Davao Masonic Foundation.
